Please note that we are highly selective with anyone we bring onto our team, we’re looking for individuals who are an exceptional fit for the available roles.

If you're applying as a hip hop instructor, it must be clear in your application that you are proficient in hip hop education— not just performance/dance. For office-based roles, strong and polished communication skills are a must (not currently hiring but we keep applicants on file for future opportunities), and this should come through clearly from the start. Unfortunately, we will not be moving forward with applicants who do not demonstrate these key qualifications during their application.

We only consider applicants who follow the process exactly, attention to detail and the ability to take direction are essential qualities we value.
