PAYMENT & REGISTRATION

SINGLE BOOKING

DROP-IN / WORKSHOP / UPLEVEL / TERM / ETC.

Class fees are processed automatically, in-full, within 24hrs of registration via credit card.

COMMITMENT IS EXPECTED UNTIL SEASON END (JUNE)

FULL SEASON

Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month via credit card.

There is a one time admin fee per season of $40 full season classes, processed automatically upon enrollment.

Class fees are determined by the number of classes in a season and are the same each month, regardless of the number of classes in the month.

If a payment is declined or unable to process you will be notified via email and are required to pay outstanding balance(s) before attending class.

Dancers cannot participate until the account has been updated with a valid method of payment and payment has been made.

Parents, If you have an outstanding balance, respectfully, please do not drop your dancer off at class until payment has been made. This creates an uncomfortable and unfair situation for the dancers, faculty members and staff. Dancers can not participate until payment has been made. Just like any other product or service.

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

All parents/students agree to these policies in their online account upon registration.

By registering, you are indicating that you have read and understood Vibestreet Dance Studio’s Registration Agreement and Policies as outlined.


Students under the age of 19yrs must have a parent/guardian agree and will be authorized to accept full responsibility for this account. If a minor accepts on behalf of their parent/guardian, said parent/guardian/account holder will be held responsible and Vibestreet Dance Studio is held harmless in regards to payments, policies, waiver liability, all other agreed upon Policies.


I understand that once registered, dance classes are annual fees and that the commitment for my child is for the full season, September to end of June of chosen season.


Further, I understand and agree to abide by the policies of Vibestreet Dance Studio as outlined and further absolve Vibestreet Dance Studio, its representatives and employees from any liability in connection, actual or implied, with the use of facilities, and/or taking classes, rehearsals, performances, other related activities or Health & Safety in regards to COVID19 or any other virus/disease. I understand the risks associated with any public recreational activity and hold harmless Vibestreet Dance Studio and all representatives.


We do not offer Refunds or Credits under any circumstances.


I have read and agree to abide by Vibestreet Dance Studio registration agreement regarding tuition, membership fees, late charges, refunds, discounts, fee structure and withdrawal policy. I authorize Vibestreet Dance Studio to retain my banking information on file and to automatically charge any tuition and supplies fees due on or after the 1st of the month in the event that I have not paid the amount due. I agree that if my banking information changes, I will notify Vibestreet Dance Studio as soon as possible with the corrected information and understand this is my responsibility.


This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia. The student/legal guardian and Vibestreet Dance Studio each submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia for the enforcement of this Agreement or any other arbitration award or any other decision arising from this Agreement.


By virtually agreeing to this document, I acknowledge that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.


I understand my full commitments and obligations upon registering myself or my child(ren) at Vibestreet Dance Studio and I willingly agree to uphold my commitments upon registering.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Note: This section is applicable to all bookings & registrations

Two weeks notice via email is required to cancel your registration and stop future payments.

Please Note: Dancers who stop coming to class are not considered dropped and payments will continue to process until we have received written notice plus any outstanding balances.

CANCELATION PROCEDURE

Vibestreet Dance Studio does not offer refunds, credits, transfers, freezes/pauses, auto-cancellations, other. Once registered (single registration or on-going) you have indicated that you have read, agree and understand all policies, including this no refund/credit policy.


Refunds will not be given for days missed due to absences, holidays, studio breaks, weather-related closings or power outages.

EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITY

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY, RE: NEGLIGENCE

All students/parents are expected to be accountable and responsible for keeping up to date with information sent via email and for updating student accounts with payment info, paying on time, being at their classes and understanding the obligations of their commitment.

Students and parents are required to use their online student account for payment, registration, etc and keep their information up to date.

STUDENT ACCOUNT

Like other dance genres it is important that dancers are wearing appropriate attire to ensure they are able to dance comfortably each and every class. Vibestreet wear is what all of our dancers should be wearing at each class. Our items are specifically designed for HipHop dance and offer comfortability while promoting modesty in the dance industry.

DRESS CODE

YEAR END SHOW*

*APPLICABLE TO SELECTED PERFORMANCE STUDENTS ONLY

We end our season with our annual Year End Show. Selected classes will have the opportunity to participate but we do not make it mandatory. Communication must be received via email no later than March 1st to OPT OUT of the Year End Show. Performance fees and customized costumes are additional to monthly class fees and will be automatically processed and withdrawn from performing class/students on April 1st 2025. $125 is the estimated Performance Fee, including costume to be auto-withdrawn April 1st 2025 - More information is available in the new year.

GENERAL POLICIES

I give Vibestreet Dance Studio my permission to use my/my child's image for advertising/social media. Additionally, I understand that from time to time parents and students may opt to share videos, photos on social media pages. The party posting takes responsibility for all sharing or posting of such information and waives any claim against the Entities for the release of any protected information.


If my child(ren) is under the age of 18 at the time of this agreement, the party signing makes this waiver on behalf of their child(ren) . I hereby release Vibestreet Dance Studio from all liability or legal responsibility that may arise from the acts that I have authorized or consented to herein. I agree that Vibestreet Dance Studio does not owe me any compensation for the acts that I have consented to in this Section. I have carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of this Section.

PHOTO + VIDEO RELEASE

At this time all dancers and potential dancers understand the risks involved with registering for a commitment such as dance. If our class(es) move Online and a dancer decides to discontinue or change their commitment due to this change or any other change related to a PHO, our Cancelation policy is still in effect.

In-Studio classes will move to our Online platform if a Public Health Orders affects our studio. Class fees remain the same for In-Studio and Online classes.

We do not offer any Refunds, Credits, Pauses, Auto-Cancellations, Transfers or any other alterations to payments, classes or commitments at any time, including a pandemic/other induced closure.

“I did not know there would be a class switch to online/or/a shutdown/masks/etc so I do not think it’s fair that I would have to give notice/ect. This was not my choice.” is not an exception to our Policy. None of us know when/if a change will occur, however, we should all be prepared for anything at this point.

Payments will continue to be processed until official Cancelation has been completed. No exceptions.

PANDEMIC/ACTS OF GOD

I understand that there may be some risk of injury associated with participating in the activities at and instructed by Vibestreet Dance Studio, both in-studio and in my own home, included, but not limited to dance classes and events. I agree to waive any and all claims of liability, release and hold harmless Vibestreet Dance Studio in the event that such injury or greater may occur to myself and or my child(ren). In the event of an accident or injury, when a parent, legal or emergency contact are not available, I give Vibestreet Dance Studio permission to contact 911 Emergency.

I understand and I agree to waive any and all claims of liability, release and hold harmless Vibestreet Dance Studio in the event that injury or illness or other may occur. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless released parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation at Vibestreet Dance Studio.

I agree that this Waiver, Release of Liability, Indemnity and Assumption of Risk Agreement is made on behalf of any and all minors participating and that all of the releases, waivers and promises herein are binding on minor participation. I represent that I have full authority as legal guardian to bind the minor participant to this Release.
