Our Competitive Crew program has always been about creating a sacred atmosphere for a team to create strong, long lasting relationships in a supportive, focused environment where dancers grow both as artists and individuals, and deepen their understanding and respect for Hip Hop culture, history, and education. While our recreational classes offer similar benefits, being part of an audition-based crew brings a higher level of commitment and accountability.

Why Vibestreet
At Vibestreet, we create an authentic and safe space that empowers dancers, providing them with valuable tools that they carry into all areas of life. Many of our dancers begin as young children or teens and go on to become leaders within our studio and the wider dance community. We've seen them pursue successful careers in professional dance and entertainment, while others use the lessons learned here to excel in various aspects of their personal and professional lives.
Dancers will audition and be placed in the appropriate crew based on factors such as age, skill level, dance style, and other relevant criteria. Previous season commitment, work ethic, attitude, and additional considerations will also play a role in determining placement for the upcoming season.

*audition results will be emailed out to all dancers whether they make a crew or get an alternative class placement on Friday June 27th and have until June 31st to complete registration.

We’re launching an exciting new chapter of our VSD Competitive Program and we’re looking for the perfect dancers to join our NEW roster. This is VSD Crews like you’ve never seen before and with limited spaces available, now’s your chance to be part of something big.
Audition sign-ups are now open!
Once registered, please fill out your AUDITION FORM and you’ll receive your official choreography audition video to learn on your own to prepare for the in-person audition. Show up ready to hit the ground running!
The audition will include:
Full group assessment
Small group assessments by age, level, divisions and style
Audition results will be sent via email on June 27, with 50 dancers selected to represent our 2025 competitive roster.
🗓 Crew rehearsals take place on Thursdays and Fridays
A minimum number of 3 required classes per week (specific details released upon selection)
+ additional workshops, drop-ins, training and performance opportunities throughout the season
